Behavioral Health Services at Latrobe Hospital

At Independence Health System, in our Behavioral Health Services, we seek to create an empowering environment so individuals can set their path to recovery, accomplish goals and reconnect with family, friends, the community and their own lives. In Westmoreland County, Independence Behavioral Health Services are located on the Latrobe campus, both child/adolescent inpatient program serving ages 5 to 18, and adult inpatient services. The comprehensive program includes child/adolescent and adult inpatient services, adult acute partial hospital care, child/adolescent and adult outpatient clinics, school based mental health program, a community psychiatric nursing home program and a crisis response center, as well as the largest community-based recovery program in southwestern Pennsylvania.  Proceeds from this golf outing will directly support vital renovations to the Latrobe Emergency Department with a focus on creating a safer, more therapeutic, and dignified environment for patients experiencing behavioral health crisis. By supporting this initiative, you are helping to ensure that every patient, regardless of need, receives compassionate, high-quality care in an environment designed for healing, safety, and respect.
